International orders will be shipped using EMS delivery service.

China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan orders will be shipped using S.F Express delivery service.



Order Tracking 

A tracking number is provided for all orders. For an up-to-date status of your order, you can enter the tracking number that we have provided in either the EMS or S.F Express website.



Delivery Times

For most cases, orders placed before 10:00am Monday to Friday (Hong Kong time) using our express shipping method will be processed within 1 business day.


Orders placed using our standard shipping will be processed within 2-3 business days.


Please be informed that in some cases your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During such instances, the estimated delivery time may be affected.* Delivery times are determined by number of business days (Monday to Friday) from the day after we ship your order.


Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. For details on public holidays in the destination country, please refer to your local government website. Note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.


If you do not receive a tracking confirmation within 3-4 business days from the day you completed your payment, please kindly contact our customer service representatives for more information.



Import Taxes & Duties

Please be advised that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination.


Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by 8FIVE2. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

In some occasions packages may be delayed due to custom clearance.

Return Policy

We accept exchanges for up to 7 DAYS

We accept exchanges for up to 7 days from receiving your product(s). If you wish to exchange your item(s), please email us stating the reason for your request. We will review your request and once authorized, we will send you a Return reference number and Return/Exchange form. Please ensure to include your order number and Return reference number on the Return/Exchange form. We will NOT accept any return packages sent without this information. Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or incorrect. Other than that, all cases should be treated as exchanges

All returns and exchanges must include the Return/Exchange form provided by our customer service team.

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will not pay for or refund these fees.

We DO NOT refund shipping fees and any other miscellaneous fees associated with your return product(s).

Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package.

Returned/ Exchanged item(s) must be in NEW/ORIGINAL and resalable condition with all tags and original packaging attached. Tags must not be removed, cut or damaged. Returned item(s) must remain unworn and in the original condition in which they left OVERLAB LTD.
