Delivery Times
Orders placed will be processed within 2-3 business days.
In some cases, your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During such instances, the estimated delivery time may be affected. Delivery times are determined by number of business days (Monday to Friday) from the day after we ship your order.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. For details on public holidays in the destination country, please refer to your local government website. Note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.
Import Taxes & Duties
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by 8FIVE2 Distribution Company Limited (“8FIVE2”). For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
In some occasions packages may be delayed due to custom clearance.

Return Policy
We accept exchanges for up to 7 DAY.
We accept exchanges for up to 7 days from receiving your product(s). If you wish to exchange your item(s), please email us stating the reason for your request. We will review your request and once authorized, we will send you a “Return reference number” and Return/Exchange form. Please ensure to include your order number and “Return reference number” on the Return/Exchange form. We will NOT accept any return packages sent without this information. Please review our Returns & Exchange policy for more information on the return process.

Our Returns & Exchange Policy:
Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
If you wish to exchange your item(s), please email us at customerservice@8five2.com stating the reason for your request. We will review your request and once authorized, we will send you a “Return reference number” and Return/Exchange form. Please be sure to include your order number and “Return reference number” on the Return/Exchange form. We will NOT accept any return packages sent without the form.
Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or incorrect. Other than that, all cases should be treated as exchanges.
All returns must be shipped out within 7 days from the date you receive your “Return reference number”.
All shipping and miscellaneous fees associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer. We will NOT pay for or refund these fees.
Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package.
Returned/ Exchanged item(s) must be in NEW/ORIGINAL and resalable condition with all tags and original packaging attached. Tags must not be removed, cut or damaged. Returned item(s) must remain unworn and in the original condition they were when they left 8FIVE2.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
Returns and exchanges will be evaluated and processed within 14 business days from the date 8FIVE2 receives the returned item(s).
All approved returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.

Damage, Incorrect Missing Product(s)
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

退貨與換貨
- 退貨或換貨必須於顧客收到貨品起7天內進行。
如需換貨,請電郵至 customerservice@8five2.com 說明原因。我們將審核你的要求,通過後將寄發「退貨編號」及退貨/換貨表格。請務必在表格上填寫訂單號碼及「退貨編號」。未附表格的退件將不獲接納。
僅當產品存在瑕疵或錯誤時方可退貨,其他情況一律按換貨處理。
所有退貨須於收到「退貨編號」起7天內寄出。
退貨相關的運費與雜費均由顧客承擔,我們不會代付或退款。
退件寄出後至我們收件前的風險由顧客承擔,建議使用掛號及可追蹤服務寄件。
退換商品必須保持全新、未經使用、可再銷售的原始狀態,並附所有標籤及包裝。標籤不得拆除、剪損或破壞。

禮券恕不退換。
我們將於收到退件起14個工作天內完成退換貨評估與處理。
核准的退款將退回至原先的支付帳戶中。
